Aditi - Basketball
Basketball player Aditi overcomes chronic ankle pain with a structured strengthening program.

I started playing basketball from 4th standard onwards. I played for long time but during my U16 states my left ankle got injured. And after 3 to 4 years my ankle pain got little severe and according to my coach I took advice and consulted to the sir and got my proper strengthening for ankle pain.
The exercise program they gave me was easy to follow, well structured, and really effective, I noticed improvement much faster than I expected. They checked in on my progress, adjusted exercises when needed and made sure I felt confident doing them on my own.
