Recovery and performance are built through physical capacity, not passive care. Dr. Swatheeshwaran emphasises assessment-first evaluation, clear clinical reasoning, exercise-centred rehabilitation and progressive load exposure. Passive modalities such as manual therapy, dry needling and cupping are not used as primary treatment.
Approach With Patients
Care is collaborative, clear and goal-oriented. Each plan is tailored to individual needs, focusing on building strength, endurance and confidence in movement, and supporting safe return to sport, work and daily activities based on readiness and tolerance.
